What should I wear?
Whatever feels comfortable — most people undress to their underwear and stay draped under the sheet. Some keep more on. Both are fine.
Do you take HSA / FSA?
Not directly. I produce a superbill at session end that most administrators reimburse on the back end. Ask your provider for required codes before your first session if you're using one.
How early should I arrive?
Five minutes is plenty. Intake is online, so you don't fill paper here. The room will be ready, music already on.
Can I bring my own oil or lotion?
Yes. I use unscented jojoba by default. If you have a preferred neutral oil, bring it sealed.
What's the cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours, free cancel. Inside twenty-four, fifty percent. No-show is full fee. Late arrivals over fifteen minutes finish on time at full charge — same-week rebook with no late penalty.
Do you tip?
Optional prompt at session end. Skipping changes nothing about how I treat you next time.
What if I'm sick?
Reschedule. The cancellation fee is waived for illness — text me or use the form. I'd rather you stay home.
Mobile / in-home — how does that work?
Within a 10-mile radius of the studio. Address is geocoded at booking; the fee shows before checkout, never as a surprise. I bring the table, sheets, and a quiet music speaker. You provide a clear room and a power outlet.
Pregnancy?
Second and third trimester, side-lying with pillow support. Mention trimester and any provider concerns at intake. Flag it on the form and the booking holds for review before auto-confirming — that's by design.
Recent surgery?
Bring your provider's clearance and the date of surgery. Some areas need to be avoided for weeks; some sooner. I'll work around what's safe.
Oncology / active treatment?
I'm trained in oncology massage foundations and can work safely alongside active treatment with provider clearance. Slow, lighter pressure, careful positioning. No claims about treating the cancer itself — only easing the body around it.
How do I cancel a recurring booking?
From the member dashboard, or reply to any reminder email. No phone tag required.
